With each transaction, I feel honored to be there for my clients during some of their biggest life changes. Whether it's an exciting adventure or a tough circumstance, knowing I was there to help make the transition easy and flawless for my clients is the most rewarding part of my job.

My goal is to help educate and guide you throughout your entire transaction, ensuring you feel confident at closing and get results worth celebrating after.

When I'm not REALTOR® -ing, I'm a mom to four great kids and I'm the lucky lady that gets to claim that handsome guy in the picture as my husband.  We've got a happy little homestead in the country where we free range our kids, dogs, chickens, and ducks...and where we recently started building a new "shed house!" (Stay tuned for details on that!)

My family is the reason I work hard, and they're the reason I love coming home at the end of the day.

I love to travel - but as an avid outdoorswoman, there's no place I'd rather live & play than Minnesota.

My favorite Minnesota outdoor hobbies are: hunting, fishing, camping, canoeing, hiking, snowmobiling, and four wheeling.

When I'm at home I enjoy photography, gardening, crafting, yoga, renovating our farmhouse & visiting with friends and family on our porch.

Justina Bigaouette

I'm a lifelong Minnesotan with deep roots in the Minnesota River Valley. My background in customer service has shaped how I show up — with patience, integrity, and a genuine commitment to going the extra mile for my clients.

Becoming an agent while working full-time was a big leap, and I couldn’t have done it without my husband and our two daughters cheering me on. That journey strengthened my commitment to giving every client my best effort.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors — camping, fishing, hunting, riding horses, traveling, or soaking in the quiet of the Boundary Waters. Wherever your next step leads, I’m here to help you find your own place to land.

Kevin Brandt

Kevin has spent much of his life serving people and staying connected to the communities he calls home. As a retired firefighter and current postal service employee, he brings years of community service along with years of real estate experience throughout the Minnesota River Valley. He knows the area, understands the value of looking out for your neighbors, and believes people deserve straightforward guidance when making big decisions.

Kevin and his wife have three daughters and four grandchildren. After years spent supporting his daughters through sports and now watching the next generation grow, family and community remain an important part of his life.

As part of The Landing Place, Kevin brings that same service-minded approach to buyers and sellers: listening first, communicating clearly, and helping people understand their options without pressure. It’s years of experience, a lifetime of serving others, and the kind of steady guidance people appreciate when it’s time to make a move.

Specialties: Military | Investments | First Time Buyers & SellersLindsey knows that some of the best memories are made in the middle of everyday chaos. A house full of kids, dinner around the table, and never a matching pair of socks when you need them. A wife and mom of three grown children, Lindsey calls Gaylord home. Having raised her family there, she knows how quickly the years go by and how much our needs change from one chapter of life to the next. Before real estate, Lindsey spent 10 years owning and operating her own cleaning business, building relationships and caring for people's homes. She and her husband have also spent years buying, renovating, and flipping properties, giving her a great eye for potential and firsthand experience with what goes into making a house a home. As the wife of a disabled veteran, Lindsey also has a special place in her heart for military families and understands the importance of having somewhere to put down roots. What we appreciate about Lindsey is that she sees beyond the house itself. She knows there's a family, a story, and often a whole lot of life behind every move. And that's exactly the kind of perspective we value at The Landing Place.
