The property is landlocked with no public road frontage or easement access. However, there is a relatively close boat access area on Minnesota State Highway 19, just outside of Henderson along with a second access owned by Le Sueur County which is even closer to the property. With two access areas this close, this is one of the more convenient landlocked tracts you may come across.

The property itself is mostly a peninsula with the Rush River on the west side and Minnesota River to the north and east. The land sets up nicely to hunt deer, turkeys and waterfowl.
